You must keep account credentials secure and maintain accurate workspace membership. Workspace owners are responsible for assigning appropriate roles.

Google sign-in may be used for account access. If Google access is removed or unavailable, you may need to use another supported sign-in method or contact support.

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, spam, credential collection, malware, harassment, deceptive surveys, or attempts to disrupt the service.

You may not attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, billing controls, authentication, or workspace permission boundaries.

AI-assisted builder features can draft or revise survey content, but you remain responsible for reviewing the result before publishing or sending a survey.

AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely on it as legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

Paid plans, usage limits, billing cycles, and included features are presented during checkout or in the product. Taxes and third-party payment processor terms may apply.

Access to paid features can be limited, downgraded, or suspended if payment fails, a subscription ends, or abuse is detected.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but availability can be affected by maintenance, infrastructure providers, security incidents, or external services.

We may update product features, limits, prices, and these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page or communicated through the service when appropriate.
